Eligibility Project for Accenture in Austin, Texas. This includes
sourcing, screening, and coordinating assessment interviews as well
as the hiring process for both technical and non technical
personnel.
• Includes heavy interaction with Accenture's HR systems as
well as the HR Services team throughout the U.S. Also involves
working with Accenture's offshore team in Bangalore, India in
regards to talent sourcing efforts.
• Brought on 42 resources during the 15 month period that I
was there. There was a strenuous assessment process (4 interviews)
as well as an offer approval process and thus the average time to
hire for each candidate was 1 month.

o Placed 12 contractors yielding $150,012 in margin (53%).
